Postage & Delivery Information

Sei Chic posts all parcels, domestic & international, through Australia Post. The estimated delivery timeframes are outlines below.

Please remember that these are estimations based on low volumes and should be used as a general guide only, as the actual delivery times are dependent on a number of factors, including:

  • Australian or overseas custom policies & procedures
  • COVID-19 Restrictions (please click here for more information)
  • Location of destination- deliveries to rural areas may take longer then deliveries to metro areas
  • Congestions experienced during busy seasons (Christmas season, Graduation season, etc.)
Once shipped, an email containing the tracking number will be sent to your email. Please note that once the order has been posted, Sei Polynesian Chic is not liable for any damages & lost items. If your order has not arrived, please contact Australia Post and provide them your name & the tracking number so that they may be able to locate your package.

 

If your order arrives, but it is either incorrect or damaged, please see our return policy.

If local delivery is selected, an email notifying you that your order is ready to be collected will be sent to your email. Please ensure you have your order confirmation email ready upon arrival, so that the correct order is collected.
