Return Policy
We cannot accept any returns if you change your mind (see our refund policy for more information). If the product is defective, damaged or incorrect, please refer to the section below.
Processing
At Sei Polynesian Chic, we take pride in the quality of our products, and carefully inspect & pack our items before shipping them to our customers. Sei Polynesian Chic is not liable for any damages sustained as a result of the shipping process.
If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you can request to return the product. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The timeframe for our returns processing is approximately 3-7 business days.
