Shipping policy
Shipping Policy
Sei Chic uses AusPost (Australia Post) to ship customer orders; more details can be found under the Process subsection. Shipping Rates are calculated based on the zone of the customer's shipping address and the products within the order. Further details are stated below.
Profiles
There are currently two profiles for shipping rates:
- Large Products: Flower crowns, handbags and gift packs
- General Products: Sei's, hairclips, jewellery coconut oils
These profiles differ in rates, with the larger products requiring bigger packaging for adequate and secure shipping. If an order includes multiple products from both profiles (e.g. a handbag and a sei), only the shipping rate for the large product will be added.

Rates
Both have three shipping options: Local Pick Up*, Standard and Express shipping. The following tables outlines their prices for both profiles for the following geographical zones:
*Local Pick Up is only available for Domestic orders (i.e. customers within the NSW state)

Process
Once an order is made, it will take on average 24 hours to complete (except when Sei Chic is experiencing high volumes of orders, or a custom order has been made), in which after completion we will promptly arrange shipping with AusPost (Australian Post). An email containing the shipping information of your order will be sent to you as soon as the shipping process has begun (i.e. your order is given to AusPost for them to deliver to you). Such information in the email will include a tracking number that you may use to track the location and movement of your order.
During times where a high volume of orders are made, it may take longer than expected to be delivered. Please allow additional time for the orders to be completed and delivered.
Please be aware that once we have sent your order through AusPost, we are not liable for any damages that may occur during the transportation between the post office where it was submitted and the delivery addressed you specify. If the estimated time of delivery has exceeded (including the additional time given during seasons of high-volume of orders), please contact AusPost (Australia Post) and provide them with your tracking number so that they may resolve the issue and locate the current whereabouts of your order.
